New construction site on South Rogers is scattering debris on the road. I live in Clear Creek housing edition and have to travel on South Rogers every day for work. In the past 2 weeks I have had two separate issues with the same brand of screws in my back left tire. I travel on I69 for work and have been traveling at 60 miles an hour with a screw in my tire. This has happened twice in two weeks at no fault of my own. This set of tires is less than 6 months old and today I found out from Royal Mazda that I need to purchase a new tire. This is unacceptable from a point of safety for the South Rogers neighborhood and an additional cost to citizen(s) of Bloomington.

The reflective signs designating the runoff/curb/flower boxes on Allen Street are white. They completely disappear in the snow. Several cars have driven into and over the curbs. Large yellow/green/red signs are needed to make these less hazardous.
Traffic Suggestions
1206 S Woodlawn AVE
- Case Date:
- 10/16/2021
There is a very dangerous vehicular traffic pattern on S Woodlawn Ave between Sheridan Dr and E Hillside Dr, especially near the Grimes & Woodlawn and Weatherstone & Woodlawn intersections. There is a blind hill on Woodlawn that greatly decreases visibility for everyone.
North @ south-bound vehicles on Woodlawn regularly break the speed limit by 20+ MPH and have even seen estimated speeds of 70+ mph. Sometimes vehicles "floor it" on Woodlawn southbound from Sheridan Ln stop sign.
The city should consider installing a STOP sign on Woodlawn @ Grimes intersection to decrease the speed of North & South-bound traffic on Woodlawn Ave. The city should also consider additional signage to protect pedestrians who are crossing from Weatherstone Ln to Bryan Park. I have almost been hit there several times by speeding cars and trucks.
This is a primary route for cyclists, pedestrians, commuting students, and dog-walkers. Pedestrians and cyclists crossing Woodlawn anywhere between Hillside and Sheridan Ave risk injury and death by vehicles speeding up and down the blind hill.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Please make South Dunn Street between Grimes and Hillside One-Way only, Northbound.
This is a very narrow street. Oftentimes, traffic travels through here at a high rate of speed.
If there is more than one car traveling on the street at a time in opposite directions, we frequently have to pull to the side into parking (if room) or one car has to either stop at an intersection to allow the car to pass, OR one of the cars have to back up into a parking space or another intersection to let another car pass.
PLEASE consider making my street a one-way street Northbound which would align with the only available parking spaces on the side of the street.
THANK YOU! :-)
