The weeds are so overgrown at this address that it is really hard to see if you would like to turn from Nancy onto Hillside. This is a yearly problem.

Who is responsible for trimming back all the vegetation blocking the sidewalk along the south side of Azalea Lane between Walnut Creek and Winslow Farms? The sidewalk is impassable causing pedestrians to walk on the narrow roadway.
Looked like E Morningside through Park Ridge is at 20 mph but Park Ridge East is at 25 mph. Can you make consistently 20 throughout? Thank you. Both remain residential areas, bike path, and such.
'Big Deal Painting' sign on the grass next to the road at 2425 S Rogers.
Stranded pedestrian: Sidewalk ends on both sides of the street going west on Rogers at the Stands. There was no signage for the lack of pedestrian access when I came out of Spicewood.
Recently the front yard of this property was largely covered with gravel. There were today 4 cars parked on what used to be partly a yard. It's strange and degrades the street and neighborhood. Is this legal?

Music Lessons sign still in front of Timber Ridge on S. Henderson; also one in the grass at the corner of Henderson and Hillside, but that one probably is on Templeton school property.
Green 'Gutter Cleaning' sign in the grass, NEXT TO the utility pole (not ON!) that has the 'We Buy Homes' sign, at the corner of Moores Pike and Sare Rd.
Safety issue/Excessive growth at 820 w. 2nd street. This property has excessive growth that obscures the line of sight on Euclid Ave for west-bound traffic on 2nd street. Note that this property has had a prior complaint in July 2015.
