This is the third day in a row that I’ve had to deal with the sound of cars driving over these metal plates. It’s extremely loud and I’m very tired because I can’t sleep at night with the sound of every single car that bangs over it! If there’s something that can be done about it please help. I’m very tired
Sidewalk is completely blocked by overgrown bushes
Recurring problem. See #184772, #177627, #184699, #184577, etc. Actual address not clear, as it is on the property line of two lots. Plants are overgrown into the sidewalk along the south side of Cottage Grove just east of Grant Street. Pedestrians need to use that side of the street to avoid the fraternity in the apartment building on the north side of the street.
Very narrow intersection when vehicles are parked along sidewalk. Cars driving south on N Fairview toward the intersection drive fast up the hill and cannot be seen by vehicles advancing north on N Fairview if the south-bound car has not yet reached the intersection. Not enough room for two directional traffic because of the vehicles parked on the side of the road.
I would like to know who installed this on my property. It’s leaking e. coli and that needs to be fixed.
Approximately 30 yards eastward from the stop sign at E Post Road and N Staats St, in the westbound lane of Post road, is a 12" wide by 33" long rectangular indentation originally dug by a contractor and then filled in. The fill has since subsided by one to two inches throughout. Hope it can be topped off to make a smoother street.
large bush on corner of property is very overgrown and interferes with ability to see oncoming traffic out of turn
In front of Upland Restaurant, sunflower plant is blocking the entire sidewalk and one of the parking meters. Please ask them to fix this!
The cover of one of the new boxes in the ground for the fiber optic cable is off. This makes a deep hole about 1.5 x 3 feet that a small child or dog could step into.
