Dead rabbit on the sidewalk.

There are multiple bags of garbage lying in the front near the sidewalk and some have been ripped open by animals. These have been out there for several days.

The sidewalk closed signs have been removed from the new pathway on High Street, yet the new driveways that were poured are several inches higher than the pathway. This is a significant hazard for pedestrians, and bikers.

Construction workers from the path project here along Montclair near Southeast Park entrance left lots of debris behind along the sidewalk. They're long gone and didn't attempt to clean any of this up.

South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. There is a sugar maple that is mostly dead in this home's yard. It is a threat to the city bus stop, and school bus stop located on the NW corner of Dunstan & Allendale. Large limbs fall into the street and sidewalk regularly.

There's a Bradford pear tree on the south side of the lot along Winslow Farm Drive that is damaged and has a low hanging branch over the sidewalk. I believe this is a City street tree.
