There is a large pothole on the north side of the circular median between 500 and 501 South Arbutus that needs to be filled in. This pothole is caused in part by city garbage, recycling, and snow plow trucks that are too large to turn around in in the cul-de-sac. I reported this problem earlier this week. The ticket was marked as "resolved" but nothing was done.
The city came a couple weeks ago to fill in some potholes in front of our house/mailbox, but the potholes need to be filled in more. There is puddling in front of our mailbox where street parking should be possible, but it is not possible when there is even a bit of rain. More importantly, someone in a wheelchair rides right over that area of the road in a wheelchair onto our sidewalk leading to University Elementary School, where he works. The puddles make it hard to see how deep the pothole actually is. I would not want him to become injured trying to cross the public street on his way to/from work.

The occupants of this house stand in the doorway smoking cigarettes and when they are done they throw them into the street. I have seen this many times and they take no caution about any pedestrians who are walking on a sidewalk right into the path of a flying lit cigarette. I do not feel comfortable approaching these people. Thank you for checking on this ongoing littering problem.
Ticket 176182. Going on a month for a reply and trying to figure out how to reply to your questions. Our house is on corner of Smith road and Stonegate Drive. The tree is too large for where it was planted on the City Easement. The roots are tearing up yard. There are tall orange cones in front of 521 W. Kirkwood & pink paint marking the lawn & sidewalk. Same set-up across the street. If the city is planning to dig up something--pipes, et, will this affect where the BL Transit can pickup & drop passengers? I catch the bus in front of 521 to go to work. Thanks.
Plants on SW corner of lot have overgrown to a point that the sidewalk is now impassible.
This time I have included a photo. This is how the sidewalk and gutter has been since I moved here a year ago. Disgusting. Note the cigarettes on the sidewalk as those are the ones thrown from the door with complete disregard for people walking in the public right of way. Previous Ureport is #175706.
