It appears owners built new out-buildings in the back of their property within the last year. Are these up to code? This property also has a lot of garbage and equipment strewn about the yard (vending machines, etc).
Hello, My home sits at the bottom of an incline where the water in the neighborhood drains onto our driveway and property. Every time it rains the water causes erosion on the property and flooding to our garage and yard. Not only is the un-directed water effecting us, but is also causing the road to erode where water is standing on the asphalt. As well as eroding neighbors propertys and driveway, which then end up in front of our home puddled in the street,(water,gravel,soil). A solution could be installing curbs and catchment drains in the surrounding area to better direct the water from causing more damage to ours and neighboring properties. Can’t see Graham Drive oncoming traffic when turning off Brown Avenue. Also Brown Avenue is a busy street because of school traffic turning onto Graham.

This property appears abandoned and no one maintains the lawn. It is overgrown yet again and in need of attention.
I place a dirty furnace filter on top of my bagged trash in my trash cart. The trash collector looked in my cart and left my trash without emptying my container. I realize trash is to be bagged, but what an environmental waste to make me place a furnace filter in a bag!
There is is tons of junk, tires, trash behind garage, beside garage and house. Also a lot of over growth of weeds, vines, on garage, around house. The back fence is falling and part has fallen. It’s no longer safe. Just drive by..it’s hard to believe no one has done anything & it’s gotten so bad.
Every year, salt and snow removal consistently stops before the end of Cherokee Drive and our driveway - the photo included shows the street where the salt stops and where our driveway begins. I'm submitting this to ask that snow plows and salt trucks go at least to the end of Cherokee Drive. Thanks.
