There are two piles of trash that were dumped illegally in the alley between Washington, Walnut, Dodds, and Dixie. One pile is in the middle of the alley obstructing traffic (closer to Dixie), and the other pile is closer to Dodds.
There is a dumpster in the alley behind Indiana Auto Sales (not sure if it is residential or commerical) that is not up to code for a business in Bloomington (no concrete slap, and no surrounding fence / wall).
There are cars parked in the grass behind Indiana Auto Sales.
Bump outs over grown with weeds. Unsightly. Streets covered with dead leaves
The street light at S Lincoln and Dixie (SW corner) has stopped working.

I own four apartments at 813-819 S Washington through Yukon Properties, LLC. We recently received a notice about trash cans not being timely removed from street side. Can you provide the serial numbers for the trash cans that were issued to each apartment: #813 #815 #817 #819 Once we know the specific serial numbers we can make sure each unit is responsible and accountable for their cans. There is a street light out at the southwest corner of Dixie and Lincoln streets. It has been out for several weeks and I and other residents in the immediate area have noticed an increase in petty theft of outdoor property since the area is so dark at night. Thank you!
There is an abandoned Mercedes (no plates) on the east side of the street.
Non running older dark blue Volvo car with no license plate has been parked on the street for a month. Residents in the specific area such as myself are frustrated with parking being taken for someone who lives in the townhouses across street from 812 s Washington st that has its own parking lot.
