Similar to issue #187906. Under-driveway pipe is essentially prevented from draining. It is on the 5th Street side in the back yard of the stated address.

Lawn over grown
I received Notice of Violation (Ticket # 48161) on behalf of Main Property Management dated 5/10/21 regarding overgrown lawn. Please be advised that we no longer own this property. Thanks, David Main (d/b/a Main Property Management, LLC)
Overgrown unkept lawn for a few months now
Excessive tree and bush growth in the back yard has expanded to the street. Cars eastbound must cross over in to the other lane.
Excessive debris and extreme overgrowth in the back yard causing infestation of insects and animals.
There is excessive plant growth practically covering the house.
Overgrowth is covering the house and utilities.
Grass is about a foot tall and the trees on the east side of the property need trimming as you no longer can walk on the sidewalk as the branches hit you in the face.
Shrub and tree on the north side of the property need to be pruned as they are taking over the sidewalk.
