Top course of stone on retaining wall being forced off by progressive yard expansion. One section has already fallen, blocking sidewalk and creating a hazard for pedestrians in the dark.

Near the alley way at 401 N Dunn water does not drain properly and builds up with gravel and dirt making it difficult for handicap travel. 8th Street has been paved over so many times that drainage is impaired. There is quite a bit of debris there now and this holds a lot of water during a rain event. Finally the alley has been patched a little but it is in pretty bad shape and needs redone. The corner of 3rd and Walnut near Taco Bell has not been shoveled whatsoever. It is unsafe to walk by and difficult to reach nearby transit stops.

The sidewalk on the south side of Taco Bell on seventh street never gets cleared of snow. Yesterday you had to wade in the snow which was knee high in order to move from the walnut garage to college avenue

Hello! The alley behind our brewery has gotten pretty bad - it is frequently traveled by delivery drivers and our own team, and has become dangerous to offload supplies and equipment. Patching or paving would be really, really appreciated.

Group house is leaving a lot of trash in the yard that just goes into the street. Residents are also leaving trash in the yards of neighboring houses

Consistent broken glass and beer bottles in yard and on side walk. Tenants throw parties each weekend and do not clean up broken glass. - dogs have gotten cuts on their paws from this house
