MY NEIGHBOR JUST INFORMED ME OF WATER IN THE ALLEY THAT LOOKS LIKE ITS COMING FROM UNDER MY YARD AND RUNNING KIND OF FAST. HE SAID IT WAS THE THIRD TIME SEEING IT. The stop sign at W 3rd. and S. Fairview is grown over with weed trees. They are so large they are obscuring the driver's view of pedestrians at that stop sign. Could you please cut them (or some of them) down? Thanks.

A tree in the berm or curb strip appears to be dying and may need to be removed. I've been told these trees are the responsibility of the city. Can someone look at it and remove it if necessary? In addition, there are a few other trees on my lot which are very close to the road, and I don't know if they belong to me or the city. Can someone provide insight about this for me? Thank you.
