Hello -- this cover has a hole in it and that seems dangerous.

There are two pot holes on south High Street in front of Childs Elementary Pre-K building (the first bldg south of the school.) The pot holes were repaired last year about this time but have reemerged and are a problem for drivers but also pose a threat to the children who walk to and from school.
