I've tried to report an issue twice and don't think the web form is working correctly. This is from Safari on macOS.
I've tried to report an issue twice and don't think the web form is working correctly. This is from Safari on macOS.
the uReport website is not submitting my reports. After I hit the submit button, the webpage moves onto step 4 and says "processing your service request" and this step never completes. I don't get an email saying my report was submitting, and my reports don't show up in the online record of submitted reports.
Adam st from Bloomfield Rd to Allen St northbound needs strip patching or what ever the Coty did to the southbound lane a couple of years ago
uReport won't submit any ticket I submit that has a photo attached. It stays on Step 4 indefinitely, saying that it is submitting my ticket but never fully submitting it. When I remove the attached photo and resubmit, the uReport immediately submits and I get an email confirming the ticket was submitted.
There is red graffiti on the cement walls at the entrance of Southern off of Walnut.
There is graffiti on the cement wall off of Southern facing Walnut. It looks really bad and makes the street look even worse with that being there. Can someone please come remove the graffiti?
There is a very deep washed out area along the eastern shoulder of S Henderson St south of Winslow Rd -- across from All American Storage. There is also some severe erosion happening on the other side of the "V" on the sides of Walnut St Pike by the Echo apartments.
Rough temporarily paved section on heavily traveled road to North High School. Have witnessed several northbound cars swerving to southbound lane to avoid vehicle suspension damage. Accidents waiting to happen! Please finish road repair ASAP.
Close to 610 S Pleasant Ridge on the right hand side of the incline is a filled hole that is sagging pretty badly.
Flooding down Brownridge is starting an erosion hole again the road side with a drop of about 3 ft. from the road bed. A short load of stone (2-3 yds maybe) added to the previous should solve it; the last treatment has remained stable and has worked well.
