I received a concern/complaint from Monroe County citizen Margaret Clements at mclements6@yahoo.com expressing concerns about ADA accessibility for the intersection of 1st Street and Walnut Street (quadrant unknown). The new litter boxes on Allen Street are great! All the cats in the neighborhood are using them to pee and poop. The soil is going to be so rich. I hope they never plant anything and just leave the litter boxes for the cats. I've seen 3 poop in the one on the south side of the street just today. Hurray!
Dead groundhog in the street been there for like 3 days and is getting worse and worse

Several animals living with homeless under bridge at grimes and Morton off leash and approaching people trying to use b-line!

3646 east Covenanter (apartment in the fields) have a dog that they abuse and never walk. It is also never on a leash.
Neighbor keeps their German shepherd crated 23-24 hours a day. Dogs rib cages and backbone protruding out and VERY visible thru fur. They are in the process of moving and THIS DOG NEEDS REMOVED FROM THE HOME ASAP!!!! 1455 W Allen St
