The owner of this renter occupied building (Tariq Khan) and/or the tenants have not taken their garbage out to the curb for pickup in three weeks. Also, this home has rain gutters and downspouts that go directly into the ground or into areas between the home and neighboring houses - which is causing water damage to the neighboring houses.
Excessive overgrowth of plants in mulch beds. There is no room to walk down the sidewalk making this a hazard for anyone handicap.this has been an ongoing issue and was supposed to be resolved the last time a report was issued.
I have a large pothole in the street at the end of my driveway. It's the result of people swerving around the speed bump in front of my house and eroding the edge of the road. I would be very grateful to have it repaired as it is quite deep. It was coldpatched during the winter but that has crumbled and worked its way out. On Southdowns, in the bike lane opposite the entrance to the Woodlawn parking lot across from Bryan Park pool, there's a hole that is wide enough to swallow a bike tire and make someone crash. In fact, people have crashed there. It's a trap for bike tires. It's been that way for 5 years or more.
As you travel East on Winslow on the hill before the round-a-bout there is a pot hole on the right edge of the road. It started out small but is getting larger and you cannot avoid hitting it without crossing the line and getting in the way of traffic going west. Should be filled as quickly as possible.
Back yard is overgrown with weeds several feet tall, limbs, debris, and fallen tree (since March). Multiple broken trampolines. We've started seeing raccoons and other wildlife from nearby property.
