I am a homeowner here in the city. Unexpectedly my neighbor trenched And waterproofed his basement. The trench was between our houses, Which are close together. I asked him if he needed a Permit. He said no. Is he right?

Very large pot holes-getting worse by the day. Almost so large that my car might fall in and never recover.

On the south side of Winslow at the west side of Piccadilly there has been progressive erosion where the drain pipe goes under Piccadilly. Whenever we get a strong rain for five or ten minutes the ditch backs up on the east side of Piccadilly and does not flow freely under the road. The erosion mentioned has noticeably progressed this year and if left unabated the road will eventually be at risk of breaking at its edge. Also, be aware that the heavy rains flood the east side ditch and form a pool over the sidewalk which also spills out onto Winslow. We can see this from our home. No one picked up our trash today at 4031 E Bennington Blvd. It was placed out at 10 Tuesday night. Should we leave it out or wait till next week. Recycling was picked up.

I am a teacher at Binford Elementary. I work with a student who lives in this home. While over winter break, our school skills development instructor went into the home. This individual stated there is a dog with a "visibly broken leg." When our skills instructor requested information on the dog, the family changed the subject. In the home are two parents, three sons and one daughter. All three sons have autism that result in physically abusive explosions. I am the teacher of the oldest son who is unhealthily obsessed with his cat. He makes disturbing comments about the cat and students have said he has made sexual advances towards the animal. I have never heard anything directly from this student about the advances, but he does make comments that are concerning about his love for the cat. The skills instructor stated the house was very messy and had a terrible odor from the inside, possibly due to the animals inside the home. I am unsure as to how many pets there are.
