There is a vacant lot south of the home at 2504 S. Madison which has grass growing OVER 3 FEET TALL(which is 4 times longer than the city limit of 8 inches). Not sure who owns the lot but they clearly haven't done any maintenance this season, or for quite some time longer than that.

The alley behind the house has 10 inches of snow, it is impossible for some cars, including mine, to pull out of the garage and exit on the main road. Is anyone coming to sweep the alley? This is a problem for other neighbors as well.

Two large potholes in neighborhood. First is near intersection of Caray Ct and Claybridge Dr. Second is in Southern Oaks Dr (between Cedarwood Circle and Sare Rd). They have an excess amount of trash in yard by trash cans. There is a couch, table, shelves, etc. that have been there for weeks, if not months at this point. I'm not sure if they thing the trash company will pick it up but they aren't.
