I've sent a few uReports about the service not working on my iPhone 14 (the request never fully processes - I never get the "thank you - here's your ticket number". So, I've taken to submitting uReports from my laptop (MacBook Pro, Catalina OS, version 10.15.7, using Chrome Browser) and found additional usability issues. For example, when I click on "find me" within a uReport request, the resulting map takes up the rest of the screen, and will not allow me to scroll down to the "general information" section or to submit the request! To do so, I had to minimize the View Zoom. This is true in both Chrome and Safari. I know there are plans to replace uReport. I'm definitely interested in being part of a resident testing group whenever there is a new system and/or upgrades to this one.

Using the MyBloomington website, ( https://bloomington.in.gov/mybloomington/ ) It would be helpful to list the historic designation per the SHARD for houses both in and out of historic districts. (i.e. C / Contributing, NC / Non-Contributing, O / Outstanding, etc.) and linked to a page that explains WHAT THAT MEANS in terms of modifications to the outsides of houses, whether or not that structure is in an historic district. Many homeowners come before the Historic Preservation Commission angry and uninformed. Consult with the HPC Program Manager, Noah Sandweiss, on what to put in these blurbs - it changes based on whether the property is in a district, as well which district it is in. There are a couple intersections around where I live that 100% need to be four way stops. It is incredibly scary trying to creep up and look for cars that could be coming because it is impossible to see them without being practically in the middle of the road. The biggest problem areas are on Smith Ave and E University St. For a more detailed location I would be willing to take some pictures once I get a response.

Since the street was repaved our garage has flooded 3 times in the past year due to runoff coming d9wn our driveway and over our yard. We tried to dig a relief ditch but this is more difficult and the flooding is due to the fill in of the original ditch in the easement and the fact that the culvert under the driveway is now clogged with roots and dirt. I need the ditch dug properly. Also, your department fixed a brok3n main last winter and did not fill in the hole left by the repair.

Olcott park has severs spots that are rusted and will be holes soon as well as spots that have holes already. I’m concerned with this warmer weather someone’s child’s hand or feet will be cut in these holes as they’re the perfect size for this to happen. Very dangerous, please help, thanks!

Bus routes 6 and 6L have started detouring down E Saratoga Dr in the Park Ridge East neighborhood. It is unsafe for buses to be detouring down this road, as it has no sidewalks, limited visibility, and many people walk in the road with children and dogs. I am requesting that these buses stop using E Saratoga Dr and go back to using Morningside. Thank you.

Drainage ditch near the street in front of my residence has developed deep holes over the past several decades that I have attempted to fill continuously wash out. Could there possibly be in break in the water main? Thank you for looking into this matter.

Who's running this city?? The parking ticket fees are outrageous...!!! $30 is a punitive money grab, not an appropriate parking ticket. If you want the stores downtown to stop shutting down, and you want visitors from out of town to enjoy this town as a tourist destination, stop charging exhorbitant fees to park and exhorbitant parking tickets if a meter goes slightly over time.... half the storefronts on the square are empty... maybe stop being penny wise and pound foolish, milking people who live here and want to shop downtown with outrageous parking tickets. I'm going to call the mayor's office about this as well.

Every time I come into that clerks office I am treated like complete garbage I do not work 100+ hours a week and then go in their to be treated like that the ladies in their give me a lot of sly and Rhude comments and don’t even answer my questions and it really makes me upset and I would just like to let you know it really pisses a lot of local town people off how they treat everyone especially men, seems like a woman only environment and I would like something done about it.
