There are trees in between my property and the property behind my yard that have overgrown and now are touching power lines. We can hear zapping sounds coming from a partially dead pine tree. The tree have also uprooted a portion of my fence, in the back of the yard. This is happening on the back end of the property, by the alleyway.
I am co-president of Matlock Heights Neighborhood Association. We are an historic district and our outstanding designated Sullivan home built in 1850 was recently purchased 4/7/21 by LLC Palm Springs, FL. The grass is now 7-14” high and branch was down in road but we moved to the yard. Presently no one is living there to discuss the situation. Mrs Sullivan lived there 50 yrs and property was always well cared for. We are very concerned that no one is taking care of this historic home & property. We ask your assistance!! There are two swastikas spray painted on utility boxes in the alleyway attached to the Osteria Rago building. I notified the restaurant on 1/19/22 and nothing has been done about it still.
The speed limit sign on the east side of Fairview has been spray painted.
