Not sure what is going on at the empty lot at 416 E cottage Grove but is seems to have become a dumping grounds for old building material including a pile of old wood with nails in it. No building permit is visible at the site.
Building recently removed. Now, used construction materials are being stored on the empty lot. Is the property zoned for such use?
Active construction site with no visible permit present. Alleys have been blocked off in both directions. Are there % greenspace requirements for new construction? It appears they have dugup the entire lot. Are there onsite parking requirements for the number of tenants expected? The on-street parking places in this neighborhood are already full of cars. Is there a height restriction? Will there be or has there been an opportunity for public comment about any proposal for this site? Will the number of parking passes issued be limited to the actual number of residents? This all seems a bit third-world...
Lack of hot water
Our recycling dumpster is overflowing and has not been picked up in 2 week.
We were overcharged for water this month. The SA Customer Portal Dashboard says we consumed 1,774 gallons of water from August 2-September 1, and the bill claims we consumed 3,000 gallons.
Alley is no longer paved, has vegetation and grass growing through out the whole alley
Snow has not been removed from sidewalk. Snow has now turned to ice and footing is treacherous.
