Only part of our trash got emptied out of our can
After my Thursday pick up my trashcan has been left by the Sanitation department knocked over on my driveway. I am writing about this issue because for the past three weeks my trashcan has been left knocked over and I am concerned that it will break or be hit by a car coming down High Street in the morning. If the trashcan is destroyed is it City property that will be replaced? Or, is it my property and I will be forced to purchase a new one? I have not taken a picture, but probably will be able to tomorrow morning. I appreciate that this is not an easy job, but am hoping that more care can be taken to put my trashcan back on my driveway and not in the bushes next to the driveway where the ground is uneven.
I live at 429 S Henderson and one of our trash cans was taken this morning.
Trash truck picked up our can today, but it was so fast the can didn't empty. Can you can back out and get it? 2006 S Sussex. Thanks!
A few weeks back I had an issue with my trash can not being emptied. I was contacted and told that it was a "new trainee" problem. Well, today's trash was not emptied fully again, so more training is clearly required. We have 3 extra people living here because of the pandemic, so I can't store trash that the city won't collect.

Our trash can was not emptied today. This issue has happened more than once. Could you please tell me why? We have done everything that we're supposed to do--the trash can is on the subside and more than six feet away from the mailbox. You pick up trash from my neighbors because I can see the other trash cans are sideways or show other signs of being moved. Why leave us out? I am not happy to come home and have to deal with the trash (yet again) that has become very stinky for sitting there under the sun and will become even more so if I wait for another week.
