Was walking on 5th and someone blow the stop sign going south on Bryan. I had a look and saw the stop sign is almost completely hidden by a tree. See the picture.

I appreciate you fixing the two potholes in front of our driveway however there are about six more, really bad ones, on both sides of the fix. Especially up the hill from the south on south Union in the right lane. Thank you! I really appreciate your quick fixes!

Tree on north side 5th midway between S. Bryan and S. Jefferson has a broken limb hanging down over the street. It also has several low hanging branches over the road that impede high sided delivery vehicles.

Signal gives a green left turn arrow to east bound traffic on East 3rd for a left turn onto Hillsdale every cycle even without cars in the turn lane.
