I have complained 50 times in the last ten years about my neighbor overgrown yard especially the bamboo which I have to cut back every month or risk it taking over my yard , and in those ten years only one time has the city done anything . The owner was issued a warning in August I believe but she still hasn’t cut down the bamboo or the extreme overgrowth on our property line wich hangs over onto my roof. 1. The backyard is littered with mountains of junk and trash and causing mosquitos to proliferate. 2. Engines and car parts are leaking oil into the soil. HAND went there before but the owners covered all their trash with a tarp to hide it. They have a lot of toxic material on this property. 3. A man and woman who were just convicted of methamphetamine moved their RV right next to my house and are leaving trash and junk everywhere. Can someone ask them to move this?

This empty lot is on North Summit two lots South of 11th. This collection of garbage occurred from a camp during the last several months. The camp has since vacated and has relocated. The same result is sure to occur again unfortunately at a new location. This was reported at the beginning and was told nothing could be done and the neighborhood should work it out. This issue is destroying our city. Regardless of this being a private or city lot or in what area of the city this is taking place someone in city government needs to take ownership and provide the leadership and use of city resources to remedy this issue. Citizens and neighborhood associations can only do so much. Landlords and property owners need to be held accountable. Action needs to be taken. The problem is only getting worse. This case needs to remain active until this situation is resolved. A simple drive by is no solution. It’s obvious that if we cannot take care of the issues on Kirkwood (the focal point of our community) current department leaders are not qualified to continue in their positions. This can be remedied without being harsh or heavy handed. It takes leadership, commitment, communication and perseverance.

1030 W Kirkwood Ave. LOTS of food trash on porch for weeks -- vermin hazard. Rental property. Car sometimes there. Neighbors have tried knocking but no answer.

There's been a mattress dumped off there on the west side of North Adam's Street just before Fountain Drive. It's been there about 1 week.

Heading towards Eagleson, at the corners of University and Highland, and University and Eagleson: trees/shrubs on the left are blocking the view. Especially on University and Highland the 2 trees in the corner yard make it very hard to see any traffic coming from the left.

On S High Street, adjacent to the back yard of 2102 E Wimbleton there is a footpath that has had some orange safety barriers on it for who knows how long. Are there any plans to fix that fence? It looks like someone ran into it ages ago.
