Tenants in this apartment appear to have multiple dogs (4 from what we have heard) that are left out on their back deck for long periods of time and bark enough to disturb the neighbors. The number of dogs is in violation of our pet policy, but my main concern is the health and well being of the animals.

Crows are roosting above our house and street they have completely covered our cars driveways and trashcans for weeks. There needs to be someone to not only fix this problem but as well clean it up, it's a health hazard.

Highly aggressive dog, always getting loose, chasing people and other pets, dog left in house alone for days.

The neighbors dog is consistently outside unattended and is aggressive towards the occupants at 5008 Harvest Ct. There have been several close calls with the dog attempting to bite. To establish a record I am asking for assistance. The latest incident was today (9/6/2023) at approximately 8:26. The driver, Jordy Wittmer, provided a video to me of which the attached picture was taken. I am the owner of the home at 5008 and Mr. Wittmer is one of my tenets. There is a small sandy-colored dog tied to a post in People's Park that looks undernourished/neglected.

A tenant found a baby snake in a box. They were able to remove that snake, but we are now concerned there might be a nest somewhere in the building. This has happened in the past at least once before.
