Mister Mayor, thank you for the commitment to now have city workers out and about wear masks. It was overdue and appreciated. But how about those still working in an office? Workers are still going to meetings in the same room without masks and it's uncomfortable to watch online and I'm sure even more uncomfortable in person for those present. Have all been issued a mask to wear so this does not happen?

The situation along the B-Line trail around the Grimes bridge is out of control. Tents have been setup along the side of the B-Line just north of the bridge. While riding through this area earlier this morning with my 11 year old, we had an individual come out of one these tents and start yelling at us. This does not feel like a safe situation for anyone.

Just curious if there was any discussion with city staff about the air quality being hazardous? I would like to recommend if possible to have restaurants restrict outside seating until air quality is better. Just like with the Covid-19 pandemic where the government shut down businesses, I believe the city should restrict where possible outdoor seating is available for the safety of public. Was not informed of military exercise that took place overnight from 07Jun to 08Jun. The noise from the plane/chopper was alarming & was loud enough to rattle windows. It also continued extremely late into the night (~ 2:30 am) which was a significant noise disturbance during quiet hours. City did not provide notice that (1) this was going to occur or (2) the timing of the exercise.

I submitted a uReport recently and was looking at the other open issues and there are 513 open issues with almost 200 of them over a year old. I'm just curious if these old issues ever get reviewed and/or closed?

out walking tonight (7/10) I saw that there was a very large backyard graduation party taking place at 2207 E Covenanter in Bloomington, at a conservative estimate 50-60 people ranging from teenagers to senior citizens and not a single mask that I could see...playing tennis and generally socializing in a way that didn't seem particularly cautious just thought you should know, because if there's an outbreak in town those are folks you're going to want to talk to

I live on Woodstock Place, and several of my neighbors have leaf-blown their leaves into great piles along the street. I'm concerned that the street has been narrowed for traffic and that the leaves will be washed down into the sewers and cause backups. There was a yard sign in the yard nearest High Street about no leaf collection this year, but evidently it has been ignored. Can my neighbors be compelled to mulch or collect their leaves before they turn into a slick mess this winter?
