This truck has been here, seemingly abandoned, for over 2 weeks. The front-left suspension is broken. There is debris and leaking oil underneath the truck. It is facing the wrong direction for the side of the street it is on. It's a fair distance from the sidewalk, somewhat obstructing the street. It is partially blocking a driveway. The vehicle was issued a ticket last week. I'm including a photo of the license plate for identification purposes.

The person at this house has had two snow plows stored on the street since winter. The one plow is fairly wide and it is a hazard with the cars parked on the other side of the road.

I put in a uReport for a block street but I think that was a wrong category choice. That was #176656. Now I would like to know if people are able to buy permits for parking their plows on the street? This car is repeatedly blocking the sidewalk at this location

Multiple cars are parked on the wrong side of the street in a residential area as well as a U-Haul parked on the sidewalk blocking the side walk. This makes it incredibly hard to get through the street when cars are parked on both sides.
