Level 1 stairway exit (alley way access) - Standpipe (Fire Dept.) leaking and water is accumulating on landing in front of exit door, may ice as temps fall.
Cleaning lady next door is blocking alley, again.

As the village that uses this service and as a visitor there, I wanted you to be aware that this is an issue that needs addressing. This car consistently either blocks the sidewalk or parks in the street without a permit
In the 4th Street Parking Garage all 6 of the electric vehicle charging stations were not working. They appeared fine but when connecting or using the EVConnect app they were shown to be "in maintenance" and would not charge. This was Sunday January 23. I tried all 6 stations.
