Two tulip poplars south of the baseball outfield have significant damage to the base of their trunks, possibly from lawn mowers. They look like they could pose a hazard. Can someone look at them?
The tree that is planted near our driveway has roots growing extremely close to the house, sewer, and ATT electrical boxes. We were planting plants today and noticed there is a large root next to out driveway and house. The roots have already caused the sidewalk to raise and crack and our driveway is already being lifted. More importantly, thick roots growing next to out house. We would like the current tree cut down to stop any further damage, especially to the structure of the house, driveway, and sewer. We are completely fine to have a different smaller tree planted in its place. Please advise as we recently had plumbing issues and wouldn't want this to get any worse. I have previously described this issue of dead trees in the front yard of a rental property at 526 E. University, and I would like to know when I might expect an answer to my concern. Thank you.

Can you clarify if smoking is allowed at the new switchyard park? We were there last night to play Bocce, and a large group was congregating (ant not playing Bocce) on the courts, smoking. There was another group smoking in the shelter near the splash pad. If smoking is not allowed, will there be any enforcement?
People using the field at RCA Park as a dog park; two bully-breed dogs off leash. Owners were smoking on park grounds and did not pick up dog feces. The dogs were not in an enclosed area and at one point ran onto the playground where there were small children playing. This was extremely unsafe. Dog owners drive a large red ford truck with black trim. License plate CBL917. Please investigate so these people know not to do this again. I fear for the safety of the people who visit the park. Thank you!

A tree in the berm or curb strip appears to be dying and may need to be removed. I've been told these trees are the responsibility of the city. Can someone look at it and remove it if necessary? In addition, there are a few other trees on my lot which are very close to the road, and I don't know if they belong to me or the city. Can someone provide insight about this for me? Thank you.
On-going issue. Sediment buildup in open ditch south of storm sewer discharge pipe is impeding/stopping flow of storm water runoff in open ditch further downstream from where pipe daylights. Attached site plan clearly shows the pipe is not daylighting on our property as was concluded by CBU supervisor on previous ticket #169150. The centerline of the open ditch is approximately 15' off of our building wall and the site plan shows the property line at 11.08' from our building wall. The rainwater backup caused from the sediment buildup is back flowing into our drive/parking lot during rain events. I have other photos from several rain events that I can forward through email to provide evidence of the issue. If possible we'd like to meet a CBU supervisor on-site at their earliest convenience to discuss the issue.
