Case #179848 is marked closed and labeled as resolved though it never was. Problem is still a problem and has been since originally reported. People traveling east bound are forced to use wrong side of trail if they don't want muddy shoes, slip or fall as they walk or run. Also, people on bikes or using strollers traveling east bound use wrong side of trail because of risks due to poor maintenance. Then, those traveling west bound, walking running or riding have routinely been forced off trail towards Moores Pike (very narrow grassy seperation there) or have a head on collision with those using wrong side of trail. Please remove silt, mud, gravel, etc. Please dig out a channel so it can drain properly in the future. Thank you.

Hi, It seems there maybe miscommunication within the chain of command or not a 100% buy-in to "best practice" or a little of both. Report #181846 described a problem and its location. Unfortunately the problem has not been addressed in any way. However, it does look as though some one came through with a leaf blower and cleared the cypress leaves that had covered the trail further up towards Southeast park, next to tennis court entrance and wood post. I do very much appreciate that as the the pavement is very bumpy there in the corner and can cause loss of control of bike or scooter as well as trip walkers. I don't have construction experience but have used a shovel in the yard and that is probably all it would take. Just a shovel and one person to remove some soil blocking the current grade from working properly. If that isn't the solution how about adding a thin layer of pavement so runoff goes the other direction. I believe this was done on Renwick trail, there are patches of pavement here and there. Thanks for your help with this.

Huge thank you for the fix and needed improvement reported in case #181846. It has worked well during the last rains. Also, there is now less chance of frozen puddles creating slip and falls. Other trail neighbors, some elderly, are also appreciative!

The B-Link trail between S. Henderson and S. Walnut has no lights and is dangerous to ride after 7PM unless you have headlights, nevermind walking. I've been repeatedly surprised by wildlife while riding even with my bike headlights on, and have nearly crashed into the guardrail before. Please look into lighting the B-Link.

NO CAMERAS AT TRAILHEAD. About a month and a half ago my friend and I parked at the Clear Creek Trailhead on Tapp Rd. We went running on a Sunday afternoon and when we got back she noticed her drivers side window was broken in and her purse was stolen out of her car. We reported it to the police at the time. Since then a group of us haven't used that trail for fear that our cars will be broken into, too. I am wondering if cameras could be installed at all the trailhead parking lots? Thanks.

Lamp post 134 on B-Line Trail appears to be out. This is a high-priority public safety issue as there have been assaults on this part of the trail recently.

B-line trail lights 83, 79, 22 and 12 are either off or very weak. I observed these around Oct. 1, 2022. My notes also say J223 is off but I can't recall where that is (could be typo in my notes). Thanks much.

There is a large tree down across the trail connecting S Basswood Drive and the Twin Lakes Sports Park parking area. I understand the trail may or may not be "official", but it is a well utilized connection by the community regardless and the trail is in good shape besides this downed tree. I was wondering if parks would be able to cut it up to clear the trail as our run club may be utilizing this trail for our route in March? Approximate location of downed tree shown on attached map. Thanks!
