There is a large tree down across the trail connecting S Basswood Drive and the Twin Lakes Sports Park parking area. I understand the trail may or may not be "official", but it is a well utilized connection by the community regardless and the trail is in good shape besides this downed tree. I was wondering if parks would be able to cut it up to clear the trail as our run club may be utilizing this trail for our route in March? Approximate location of downed tree shown on attached map. Broken tree overhanging path. Located along left side of paved path when walking north from the parking lot, past the strength machines, kind of across from the pitching warmup area.

The trail that runs around Winslow Park has a large rotted tree that is likely to fall onto the trail. It is roughly where the trail goes behind 2824 s Wexley rd

Yikes! What happened to Lanam and Griffy creek trails. Both are impossible to hike and disappearing. I tried Griffy trail and it was a no go so I turned around and crossed the creek to try Lanam but it was even less walkable. Also, Hiking trail has a tree down.

The middle trail with bridge across main creek is really over grown, very difficult to walk let alone ride.

Are the trails behind Meadowwood retirement community closed? or no longer being maintained? The trails I tried to walk on are blocked in many places and can no longer be enjoyed as before.

The B-Line Trail north of 2nd Street is starting to get pretty rough. The pavement is buckling up and breaking apart. There are a lot of bumps and rough road that is dangerous for users of the trail.

This morning at approximately 8:20, while I was riding a bicycle southbound on the B-Line trail over the Grimes Street bridge, I met a full-sized truck driving northbound on the B-Line Trail over the bridge. The truck was labeled Bloomington Parks and Recreation, and I spoke with the driver and passenger, who were staff members of the Parks and Recreation Department. The posted rules of the B-Line trail prohibit motorized vehicles. I am aware that we make exceptions for motorized wheelchairs, electric bicycles, electric scooters, and the small trucks used by security and parks maintenance staff. However, my opinion is that a full-sized truck is well outside the range of acceptable exceptions. A full-sized truck is less safe, provides less visibility for the truck driver to see walkers and others on the trail, blocks more of the trail width, and causes more wear on the trail surface. My opinion is that full-sized trucks should not be on the B-Line, when there are alternate routes available for a truck on public streets, and alternative vehicles available to use on the B-Line trail.
