N College Ave crosswalk next to CVS is just a standard crosswalk and I go down this street everyday home from work and it's very dangerous. I usually drive in the left lane because right lane has more potholes. I see pedestrians crossing this street and cars do not stop. I will stop in left lane for pedestrian but right lane does not see person crossing and has to slow down quickly. Would be nice if we can get a crosswalk that alerts drivers like the one on South Walnut Street. My fear is that someone will get struck by a car crossing this street. Today someone crossed I stopped for them and right lane car next to me almost hit them driving fast down this lane. I hope this can be taken into serious consideration. Thank you for your time and for your help with the city of Bloomington
The sidewalk along E Azalea continues to be covered with leaves, scrub brush and a fallen tree. This is alongside Winslow Woods. I reported this six weeks ago. Everyone in our neighborhood has to walk in the street along this city owned sidewalk. I've got a good photo that I'm unable to include with this ticket as it blows the photo up to just some giant leaves rather than showing the obstructed sidewalk.
ECC Pre-school Registration sign in the grass at the corner of Kingston Drive and the old K-Mart parking lot.
The southwest corner of Lexington and Longview has a series of small trees and honeysuckle vines that obstruct the view of traffic. I was headed north on Lexington, stopped at the corner, and attempted to turn left onto Longview. I almost hit a car that was traveling east on Longview because of those trees and vines. This is an annual issue when the foliage grows.
'For Sale Angus Beef' sign in the grass across from The Warehouse on S Rogers, near the electric substation.
Home-made sign on the side of and before the electric substation on S Rogers, something like 'Prostall Baked Goods'.
MCPL is doing nothing to collect the 'Tails and Tales' signs (program ended on August 1). Here are just 2 locations of those still around: corner of Short and Highland; on Second Street after the intersection with College, on the right hand side in the grass in front of a store, near the B-Line trail.
"Welcome Back, Come to our Services" sign, placed by City Church on the Renwick Roundabout on Moores pike.
Welcome Back sign from City Church in the grass at the corner of Woodscrest and Eastland Plaza.
