To enhance accessibility for mobility wheelchairs, could sanitation workers please replace empty bins on grass off sidewalks? I am talking about the new sidewalks and walking path on West 17th that are situated by the curb without a grassy strip between the sidewalk and curb. Disabled people have difficulty navigating wheelchairs on trash day. Neighbors place their bins correctly at night but sanitation workers unload the empty bins willy-nilly on the sidewalk. It will take more work but hopefully they understand. Sanitation workers do a great job.
There's a mattress that either fell off a vehicle or from a homeless camp that needs to be removed. It's right off the sidewalk.
A mattress and some other stuff are blocking half the sidewalk

Somebody dumped a large shopping cart on the roundabout where W 17th meets Arlington Rd. It has a used tire and a big bag full of junk that is now strewn around. The cart was blocking the sidewalk up and down 17th St for a couple weeks. Please remove! --Sharon Roualet, Crescent Bend Neighborhood Association
Both our trash binn and our recycling bin were damaged by sanitation workers early Tuesday morning. The hinges are broken on both, and they were found tossed on the sidewalk.
There two gabgre bin blocking sidewalk on 112 east 1st street I saw that in morning when I go work to Fairview elementary school
Not sure which category this falls under. Eight (!) trash bins are lying on the sidewalk (south side of Cottage Grove, just east of Walnut), completely blocking pedestrian traffic. It isn't really a busy street and it's one-way so not a huge problem for most people who can step around them off the curb into the street, but people in wheelchairs or with strollers would not be able to navigate the area.
Charred blankets and sleeping bag along with trash on sidewalk in front of Lola and Gather stores. Stinks of burnt trash
