At least 10th attempt to get answer on when I will be able to get the recycle bins I ordered & paid for by Nov 3rd. Rhea Carter called me & promised cb to advise but did not. Information on Sanitation site is incorrect & not updated. When & where can I get the recycle bins I paid for? The inly info avail is must be picked up 1st wk Nov & now it’s 1st wk of Dec!

Last night, we moved our garbage bins to the curb, only to discover this morning that the recycle bin (with a yellow lid) has disappeared.

Somebody dumped a large shopping cart on the roundabout where W 17th meets Arlington Rd. It has a used tire and a big bag full of junk that is now strewn around. 6:05am Weds 11/29: City sanitation truck driving south on S Woodlawn at Bryan Park (going to collect trash from park receptacle at Woodlawn and Sheridan) completely ignored stop sign on S Woodlawn. I’ve seen a number of pedestrians nearly get hit by cars that treat stop signs as optional. It’s dismaying to see a city owned vehicle contributing to that dangerous trend.

Driving west on 46 toward elletsville at 8:40am a Bloomington Sanitation truck was spewing items onto the road (milk jugs, boxes) with cars dodging and weaving to avoid the debris, it was hazardous! Maybe a hatch that did not close?
