For the past two weeks our trash and recycle have not been picked up, but our neighbors have. We have paid our bill and we have followed all of the rules listed on your website. The only problem I can see is perhaps the trash and recycle cans were too close to each other, but they had been moved (over 4 feet apart from each other) prior to this Monday morning pick up. We would like our things to be taken, and if possible before the next weekly pick up. Thank you!

I found my trash can like this after this morning's pickup. My guess is that it was replaced too close to (or partially in) the road after pickup and it was struck by a vehicle. I also noticed another bin on my block with this same kind of damage.

I own four apartments at 813-819 S Washington through Yukon Properties, LLC. We recently received a notice about trash cans not being timely removed from street side. Can you provide the serial numbers for the trash cans that were issued to each apartment: #813 #815 #817 #819 Once we know the specific serial numbers we can make sure each unit is responsible and accountable for their cans. I was just told that our trash was not out last Friday morning at 6:05AM when your crew came by for our extra trash pick we requested. That is not true. It was out Thursday night and I had to haul it back in at the end of the day Friday. Our trash is always picked up by our garage at the curb on Fess which is where it was. We are on the corner of Fess and University. Maybe your crew did not look on the Fess side of our house.

The trash or recycling truck drove through the median area in the middle of the cul de sac in between 500 and 501 South Arbutus Drive. This left deep tire ruts in the grass. City trash and recycling truck drivers normally back down our street since the trucks are too large to navigate the turn-around. The driver today may have been unfamiliar with this practice.

The city's garbage and recycling trucks are tearing up the circular median between 500 and 501 South Arbutus because they are too large to turn around in the cul-de-sac. I have reported this issue several times. I can arrange with the other residents of our street to put all of our garbage and recycling bins on either the east or west side of the street (whichever is preferred by the truck drivers) to make this easier so that they can back in or back out of the street rather than trying to turn around. Please let me know if you would like for us to do this.

This has been going on for weeks now. Our trash has not been picked up for 2 weeks IN A ROW. We have called sanitation and the city multiple times now about this issue. Going 2 weeks without pickup, we’re going to have a lot of garbage. After about 3 weeks of not receiving trash pickup, they proceed to STILL not take any of our trash. This is getting really ridiculous and to add on top of it, they give us a warning FOR THEIR ISSUE. Why don’t they do their job and find our trash bins every week that we have on the curb instead of just driving by them each week. This issue needs to be fixed asap.
