major pothole that is a hazard for drivers, especially motorcycles. A man called Mayor's office saying it needs to be fixed today or at least signage warning people of the hole. Says that he will hold us liable if someone gets hurt now that we have been informed.
Resurfacing of Grandview Hills Neighborhood roads took place this year. However, the job looks incomplete. Resurfacing took place on Grandview Drive, Post Road, and Staats. Very large and deep pothole. Vehicles have to move into the middle of the road and oncoming traffic to avoid it. If not fixed in a timely manor any vehicle damage invoices will be sent to your office for repayment.
In the Grandview neighborhood, especially on Post Road, the asphalt is cracked and missing in several places. Grandview Avenue seems to be all right, but in addition to Post Rd, Staats and Kerry need work.

Damaged post on NW side of Kirkwood at Washington
An area of new sod immediately adjacent to the sidewalk and between the sidewalk and street has collapsed (in some places to a depth of 9 inches) in such a way that it is unsafe for bicyclists or pedestrians who may veer off the sidewalk even very briefly. We believe this sod was laid after the ground was dug for installation of the fiber cable for Gigabit Now. We (University Baptist Church) are not certain of the best agency to contact about the problem, and we are hoping that you will either take care of it or direct us to the correct people to contact. The "no parking" sign in front of this house has been removed (just the post remains). This is right in front of the house where the off-campus fraternity operated in violation of the city's zoning ordinance (which we reported but the city did nothing about), whose residents and guests habitually parked on the "no parking" side (which the city never enforced). Please replace the sign so the next tenants know they cannot park on that side of the street.
My next-door neighbors moved out (college students) and a one-way traffic sign appeared in my driveway. I put it out of the way so we could enter and leave. It is too large to put in my car to bring it to you - yes, it has its post - so, could you please come and get it? Thank you so much!
Hello, The street sign at the corner of Montclair and Queens Way is tilted and twisted. Large Moving Vans and Tractor Trailers are the likely suspects. This occurs several times each year. Is there a flexible version of the sign post ? Thanks Monty Marsh 812-339-3558
