I understand cutting homeowners slack at times, but please make this commercial property owner fix this to be accessible to wheelchairs and comparable again. At the corners of Leonard Springs and Tapp Rd and the corner of Leonard Springs and Fairington there are deep ruts that are hard to see at night as well as with snow. These could do a lot of damage to a car. Please fill them in.
