The street light at the SE corner of the intersection of 7th and Jefferson streets appears to be out and might need a replacement bulb.

I often find that this light is red for traffic on 3rd street, with many cars stopped and waiting most times I cross this intersection. There is much more traffic on 3rd street than Woodscrest and Hillsdale. It has often led me to believe that the light might be mistimed, biassed towards the traffic crossing 3rd street. I am not at all sure that it is indeed mistimed, but it seems like it, and might be worth checking if there is a way to assess that issue. My next-door neighbors moved out (college students) and a one-way traffic sign appeared in my driveway. I put it out of the way so we could enter and leave. It is too large to put in my car to bring it to you - yes, it has its post - so, could you please come and get it? Thank you so much!
