Large Square sodium dusk to dawn security light is ON 24 hrs a day. Photocell is broken and should shut OFF light during daytime. Repair will save $$ energy and extend life of equipment!!

The signal light at Third and Woodcrest always thinks there is a car turning left, even when both East and west traffic in the turn lane is empty

I often find that this light is red for traffic on 3rd street, with many cars stopped and waiting most times I cross this intersection. There is much more traffic on 3rd street than Woodscrest and Hillsdale. It has often led me to believe that the light might be mistimed, biassed towards the traffic crossing 3rd street. I am not at all sure that it is indeed mistimed, but it seems like it, and might be worth checking if there is a way to assess that issue. 5th Street between Jefferson and Union streets is beyond the repair of simply fixing pot holes. Some of the damage on the street is due to property owners fixing their sewer lines and then not repaving the street. The location is on 5th street south of the house.

On the north side of the house (5th Street) trees and bush branches are hanging in the street.

Streetlight is blinking as if it has a bad sensor, failing bulb, or intermittent open circuit. Noticed during evening walk. Not urgent. Corner of Hillsdale and Seventh (south east side of this intersection). Thanks.
