Please look into the timing/operation of the traffic signal at Walnut and Smith, next to the Project School. It operates on the weekend, and cars must wait on Walnut even though there is no traffic on Smith. Thank you.
Pothole in street near driveway of 500 South Arbutus Drive
There is a large pothole on the north side of the circular median between 500 and 501 South Arbutus that needs to be filled in. This pothole is caused in part by city garbage, recycling, and snow plow trucks that are too large to turn around in in the cul-de-sac. I reported this problem earlier this week. The ticket was marked as "resolved" but nothing was done.
The South Arbutus Drive cul-de-sac needs repaving. The pavement is eroding away in several places, the north side of the green space in the middle of the cul-de-sac has become a pothole, and previous repairs/upgrades to water and gas lines have left the street in bad shape.
There are two potholes. One on Howe in front of the ally and one in the ally.
West 7th Street from Rogers to Fairview is full of deep and growing potholes. They are on both sides of the road and impossible to avoid. Patching has been done in the past but never holds. Can the city possibly repave this section? School buses roll through here daily and now workers who cannot park at the Johnson Cremery building are parking here, which is increasing the damage to the road.
