I have waited upwards of 7+ light cycles to get through this light. This delays drivers and increases pollution. This has been an issue for months, please fix the issue.

The left turn signal for south bound traffic on high st always comes on, even when there are no cars in the turn lane. This delays the north bound high st traffic, especially in the morning when it may take 3 light cycles because this malfunction.

The signal for High Street traffic always preferences the southbound traffic, even when there are no cars there. I frequently sit on the northbound side of the light waiting for it to give us the green when there are no cars at all on the southbound side. We've had cars waiting northbound, eastbound and westbound when only southbound had the green with no cars there.
