I received a concern/complaint from Monroe County citizen Margaret Clements at mclements6@yahoo.com expressing concerns about ADA accessibility for the intersection of 1st Street and Walnut Street (quadrant unknown). Witnessed lights (on third st after wynndale dr lights heading towards the two strip malls) do the following: the 2nd lane light turned yellow while the 1st land light was red and green at the same time
