There are several considerable large potholes on High street between 1st and 2nd street if I remember correctly. They are on the east side of High street so the side that heads north.
On the east side of Hawthorne Drive just north of 1st Street (maybe 50-75 feet north?) there is a gravel driveway or alleyway. The gravel is spilling out onto Hawthorne and migrating to the south along Hawthorne. This is in a dangerous spot for bicyclists.
Street light on during the day on southwest side of intersection.
Wide area falling apart at the corner of Cottage Grove and Walnut Grove. This area has been patched before and may need some more extensive work.
Two deep potholes at the corner of Walnut Grove and Cottage Grove.

At the top of Wylie St where it meets Fairview the school bus driver has reported the tree is covering the Stop sign.
Street name/Stop Sign damaged and vandalized. Should say, Cottage Grove Ave.
Street sign and stop sign combo was knocked off anchor at 6th & Washington EB probably sometime New Year's Eve. I did not hear a crash, but noticed it first on the morning of Jan. 1, 2022.
