Can the sidewalk at xxx East 7th Street be shaved down to eliminate the height difference between the two adjoining slabs? See photo attached. This height difference can be dangerous for westbound cyclists riding on the sidewalk who need to negotiate both a quick right turn and a left turn to enter the SR46 underpass. Now that an asphalt multi-use path has been built at Relato Bloomington at the intersection of Pete Ellis Drive and Longview Avenue, westbound cyclists are more apt to ride on the path/sidewalk vs. the street, and will continue to ride on the sidewalk all the way to the underpass. Cyclists will be going at speed since it is downhill westbound. To negotiate this sidewalk height disparity, while at the same time negotiating a sweeping turn, poses a dangerous situation that can be easily eliminated.

Hello,
I am writing to inquire about whether the sidewalk on the east side of S. Jackson St. between 3rd and 4th streets can be repaired. As a person with a visual impairment, I have a terrible time walking on the sidewalk in this location, which is in the block where my house is. The sidewalk is very uneven, with tripping hazards throughout its course due to decay. If I didn't have a visual impairment, it would certainly be easier to walk on this part of the sidewalk, but I know that others with no visual impairment also have a difficult time because of the deteriorated surface.
Thank you.

Traffic using the stretch of South Park Ridge Rd between Morningside Drive and E 46 is consistently traveling at a very high rate of speed. This has always been an issue and now compounded with additional traffic utilizing this pass due to the temporary closure of E46 and Smith Rd. Attempting to back out of my driveway safely has become a real problem as there is a slight curve north of my driveway which creates a bit of a blind spot. Wondering if there can be some sort of traffic calming structures, caution lights or something that will help deter the speed of the traffic through this stretch. Thank you.
