Hi, My water connection was cut off because I lost my card and couldn't make payment. I'm charged some$90 fee for this. I've been and to pay my bill today. I'm already going through depression. I'm an international student at IU.I request the department to please waive this fee. I'll make sure it never happens again.
Please look at water bills for Dec, Jan, Feb. There was a broken water meter that resulted in an extreme excess of charge to my account. The water meter has since been fixed. However, since this was out of my control and I had no bearing in the broken water meter, nor its repair, I am hoping there can be some concession on my utility account. Please contact me with the best solution. I am looking farward to hearing from you. Thank you, best.
Water is shut off. Please turn it back on. I will pay the $90 fee
Water bill overpriced
water was turned off for non-payment while I was out of town, subsequently received a letter that water would be turned off after July 11 if I did not pay. I paid immediately but no one available to turn on because it's a weekend, EVEN THOUGH TURNED OFF BEFORE SHUTOFF DATE??!!!?
My water utility bill has been paid and I still have yet to get my water cut on. It’s been two days now. Me and my roommates are in school and we are in need of washing ourselves and our clothes. Please make this an urgent matter. With kindness, AG
House has been vacant and for sale since first of August, We have been getting billed for far more water than we used when we lived there, even when we watered outside... No running toilets, leaks, etc. Please advise .... Thanks ....
Two most recent bills have charged us for using 4,000-5,000 gallons of water, and therefore charging roughly $100. The bill for September was $106.42 and the bill for October was $93.15. This is for a two-person house that uses the same, if not less, of an average amount of water per month. I called customer service after the first bill, but the lady I spoke with was not very helpful and recommended we wait until our next bill. According to her sources, any leakage or problem that resulted in such a high bill seemingly "fixed itself" and she did not provide any other alternatives. Come to find out that the next bill is just as high and we have no choice but to pay (again) with no resolutions. Apparently, Bloomington Utilities does not provide any services to check for any leaks or problems.
