Covenanter & College Mall Road: there's a ton of sand and gravel in the road. It's on the West side of the intersection where eastbound covenanter traffic waits at the light. Tires spin just trying to go from a red light. It's quite dangerous.

Can the loose sand and gravel be swept up at the intersection of Fenbrook Lane and East Moores Pike? For westbound bicyclists on Moores Pike who are turning north onto Fenbrook, the sand and gravel presents a hazardous situation. Cyclists are approaching at speed since there is a downhill, they want to make a smooth, wide turning radius, but the sand and gravel presents an potentially dangerous obstacle while turning. There appears to be a broken water main because water has been rising to the surface on my property the past 5 days. My front north sidewalk (photo attached), east sidewalk, and south concrete garage floor have been soaked for the past 5 days. My basement is dry and no pipes are leaking in my house. Storm drain casement junction is clogged with branches. You can see it through the heavy iron grid on the drain at the SW corner of Southdowns and Ballantine. It will require lifting the grid cover the clear out.

From 3417 to 3536 Westminster Way there are piles of leaves in the gutters covering the storm drains. This has caused flooding in the past.
