About ten "Bird" scooters are parked on the street on Grant just north of 7th. There is no scooter corral at this location, and they are blocking a parking spot for cars.

I would like to report unlawful practices, and a violation do ordinance of 20-03. My car was towed, without the requirements being met for a non-consensual towing. I had parked, my with the expectation that it was lawfully parked, as there were no conspicuous signing stating otherwise. I retuned to my car 2 hours later to find that it had been towed by chandler's towing service. According to 4.32.110 of the municipal code "it shall be unlawful for any tow business or tow truck operator to tow a vehicle unless the parking lot in which the vehicle is parked has signage, posted in plain view and visible to the public at each entrance and exit" the parking lot where I had parked did not have any signage indicating that the lot was permit parking only. This code, addresses it's intention, that being the protection of the communities most vulnerable members. following this event I have $60 to live off of for the next two weeks.

Hello! I live in the Mercury apartments, and across the street is a piano. Im not sure if this is a government funded project or from a private organization, but it seems that people play it at all hours of the night, and it can be heard clearly into my apartment. Lately it has become very disturbing when I’m trying to sleep. It sits outside Nourish Bar, and has also accrued a lot of trash. I can imagine my neighbors on this part of 6th street are also not happy with it. I was told it was a project from the elementary schoolers, so I thought the city may know who to contact on trying to get it removed or moved. Because it happens intermittently through the night, I do not feel comfortable filing a noise violation. Thank you for your help!

There is very loud music coming from cars using the Exxon gas station at the corner of N Summit and W 11th st. Every night, cars park there and play very loud music for 10-15 minutes at a time. This happens almost every night, sometimes several times per night. It happens at midnight, or at 1, 2 or 3 am. The music can be heard from our bedroom and our house walls vibrate. This has become very uncomfortable as it wakes us up every time it happens. This is a noise violation since we can hear it from our home. Is there anything that can be done to stop this?

Best Ride Taxi is doubling the fare without notice and threatening to take me to the police. The driver I think his name is Robbie ran a few stop signs and his car was not safe at all. I submitted a report yesterday, May 5, 2023. As my husband and I thought back through the week... it was Tuesday morning, May 2, 2023 when this happened. Driving south on Rogers at 8:15am. A work sign crashed into my car. The worker and I examined the side of the car. At home, I saw that the antennae has been slashed; there is also some damage to the top of the car in front of the antennae. My case number is #183678 and was given to Adam Weson to handle.
