The cap covering the water piece in the road is broken off. Kinda dangerous for kid's and dog's legs to fall into it. The cap piece is in the ditch close to it by the mailboxes. At the entrance of the road.

Water tastes like dirt as it did in September of 2021.
The water is tasting like dirt like it did this time last year. Is it possible to treat the water sooner this year? We had to buy bottled water for two months last year because it tasted so bad. Thank you!
recently my water has begun tasting like dirt/pond water like it did in the spring with heavy rain. It smells this way as well. I live in SE Bloomington in Hyde Park neighborhood and hear others are experiencing this as well. Thank you.
Within the last 24 hours, water has started to smell and taste strongly of dirt. No visual change to water, but unsure if it is safe to drink.
