URGENT: Really bad taste of water over the past week. The water smells very bad. Please fix this issue ASAP. We’re not sure if it is safe to drink anymore.

As of Tuesday, our water in our house has started to smell and taste strange, a mix between a musty and a chemical smell. It is really noticeable, and I'm concerned that something has happened that has made our water unsafe to drink suddenly. I would love for someone to come test the water or investigate this issue further as soon as possible. Thank you!

About a week after the taste and smell of tap water became like dirt, very organic, I began having loose stool. Last night I bought gallons of water from Kroger because the issue has only gotten worse. water smells/tastes like mold/dirt/fungus/rotting, no amount of filtration using home filter systems or boiling will get the smell out.

The smell of our tap water is atrocious. Even with a new filter in our fridge/freezer it doesn't help much. The Brita filter on the countertop pitcher definitely helps though (for whatever it filters out).

Hi, as of lately (mid August maybe) my tap water has a very moldy taste and smell to it. Could you please advise how to go about it and if it needs testing for safety? Thanks!
