Sidewalk Snow Removal
430 S Washington ST
- Case Date:
- 2/7/2022
Hello - I tried to submit this earlier, so apologies if this is a duplicate submission. Snow from the parking lot of Goldcaster's has been plowed into the sidewalk at the corner of 2nd St and Washington. It makes this intersection impassable by a pedestrian - forcing them to walk into the street.
Additionally, the sidewalk on their property running along Second Street has had no snow removal... again making it a challenge for pedestrians to safely travel.
I have already contacted Goldcaster's about this via their online contact form. But this is really atrocious for this high-traffic area so am bringing to your attention also.

The Avenue Apartments refuses to shovel their snow or chip away their ice. Today, I slipped outside the building on a sheet of ice right outside the door. They deserve to be sanctioned

Not clear which address to use. City-created, grassy area in traffic-control sidewalk extension into the street needs mowing. SW corner of Grant/9th. Is this the responsibility of adjacent property owners? If so, would that be Plantation North Apartments, apparently now being referred to as "Campus Walk North" (CRE Rentals)?

boardwalk along 2nd street between Rose and Anita has snow on it making it difficult for pedestrians to use; very dangerous; pedestrians have no option by boardwalk or street -- is this city responsibility to remove from this path?
