Persistent issues with loose trash bags (shown in this photo) from Dec. 9, toppled commercial trash bins, large items left on tree plot (the wood pallet has been leaning on that tree in photo for 4 weeks), and encroachments on sidewalk. From previous complaint: Other: Several suitcases, debris, empty alcohol bottles and trash between personal residential property and city sidewalk I in fact DID give a location. I specifically said the intersection of Clarizz BLVD and East Buick Cadillac BLVD. in the "service request location" portion of the form. Case number for this incident is: 180246 Thanks I will leave the location again in the service request location for a second time. I will be more specific and say IU health? Good Grief. Departing college students dumped stuff on grass next to sidewalk

As of Monday morning at 8:30 am, no attempt has been made to clear snow from the sidewalks at and around the Indiana Railroad bridge over 11th street. In particular, there is a large snowbank blocking the southwest corner of 11th and Fairview (south of the bridge). This is not the only uncleared sidewalk in this area. However, I respectfully request that this location be made a priority for enforcement because (a) this is a well used pedestrian route, (b) this is a known dangerous intersection, (c) the property owner (Indiana Railroad) has a history of being slow to respond.
