Trash overflowing from cans. Bags sitting on the ground and into the alleyway. Animals and scavengers have started getting into it and rain is collecting in the open cans creating a stench.
This home's trash has been piling up for weeks and has gotten to the point that it is often spilling out into the street and alley that runs behind the property. Many bags are left on the ground where animals get into the bags causing more trash to be strewn about the area. There is also a strong odor coming from rainwater settling into the cans with the garbage.
Top course of stone on retaining wall being forced off by progressive yard expansion. One section has already fallen, blocking sidewalk and creating a hazard for pedestrians in the dark.
Alleyway is very icy that is running onto the main road. If the sun/temperatures today do not melt ice, this is a fall hazard for pedestrians.
Trash bin sitting on street
Trash bins sitting on street - 11th Street side, right by the corner.
See case #186558. Property is being gutted. No permit posted. Monroe County Building department says a permit, but does not appear to care to enforce their own rules and issue a stop work order until permit is obtained. If the property owners are friends with the inspectors, do they get special treatment?
We sent in a mold test because my son has not been feeling well. The test came back with 4 different types of mold. I have complained to the landlord and they said they took a test and it came back negative. We have not seen the test and they said they have an attorney. I need to get my son out of their. Its affecting his health
Trash bins sitting by street all the time, and there's been a bed frame and mattress (or box spring) leaning up against the front of the house for weeks.
